Wedding FAQs
How far in advance should we book our wedding photography?
It’s best to book your wedding photographer at least 6-12 months in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak wedding season. However, I’ll always do my best to accommodate last-minute bookings!
Do you provide a second photographer for weddings?
Yes, I offer the option to add a second photographer to your wedding package. A second shooter can capture more angles and candid moments, providing you with a broader collection of images from your day. Second photographer rate is $100 per hour.
How long will it take to receive our wedding photos?
After your wedding, you can expect to receive your edited images within 6-8 weeks. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process and send sneak peeks within 48 hours of your big day!
How many photos will we receive from our wedding?
Depending on the length of the event and coverage, expect around 80 images per hour. I aim to provide you with a beautiful collection that captures all the key moments of your special day.
What’s the best time of day for wedding photos?
I recommend capturing your portraits during golden hour (about an hour before sunset) for the most flattering light. I’ll work with your timeline to make sure we get the best light for all the key moments. I will also be sending over a guide when you book to help plan!
Do we need to provide a shot list for our wedding day?
I normally do not work with a shot list and like to capture the day organically. However, if there are specific shots you would like from your wedding day, please let me know and I will accommodate as I can!
Do you offer wedding photography for destination weddings?
Yes! I love destination weddings and am happy to travel for your special day. Travel fees will apply depending on the location, but I’m always excited to capture your wedding wherever it may be.
