Family sessions are about being in the photos, fully present with your children, your partner, and everyone you love, capturing the personalities that make your family uniquely yours. These are the moments you’ll look back on for the rest of your life - wild, free, authentic, and completely real.

Family looks different for everyone, and every session is its own version of love. Couples are creating their life together. Maternity is the beginning of a family, full of anticipation and joy. Seniors are a snapshot of a child’s story through the eyes of their parents. No matter the shape it takes, I capture all the love. Family sessions encompass all of these and more.

Our sessions don’t have to be perfectly polished, though we’ll get a few classic smiles along the way. Whether we’re wandering a pretty location, playing at your favorite park, grabbing ice cream, or just being cozy at home, the goal is to capture the way you truly are together. Each photo will be hang-on-the-wall worthy and perfectly printable because it’s you. And these are memories you’ll treasure forever.

This experience is meant to be fun, soft, and full of love. There may be organized chaos, little quirks, and the perfectly imperfect moments that make you so special, and that’s all great! A 25% deposit is due to book, with your remaining total due the day before your session. You will receive an outfit guide when you book, and I can totally help you plan what to wear! We will chat about locations (within 30 minutes of Cedar Rapids - farther locations are an option, just might be an additional fee) and all the things to truly capture who y’all are. These are the steps to not only look good, but feel good too! The prep beforehand makes all the difference and I’m happy to help!
